Principle
The DL-SUPERIOR series VHP sterilizer adopts Donglai's flash vaporization technology. It vaporizes 30% to 35% hydrogen peroxide and rapidly and evenly distributes it in the sterilization space. The oxygen free radicals produced by the vaporized hydrogen peroxide gas act on the surface and microorganisms in the environment, specifically destroying DNA, achieving 6-log sterilization without dead corners in the space. After sterilization, hydrogen peroxide rapidly degrades without toxicity or residue. Thus achieving a complete sterilization effect.
Purpose:
Donglai's VHP space sterilizer is used for sterilization in space environments. It is widely used in the pharmaceutical industry, cosmetics industry, hospitals, disease control centers, food and drug supervision, biological laboratories, etc.
